Look...Brownie has finally posted!
Hello people!,

I have finally got round to actually posting something on this. I am currently in Stockport on a two week work placement. I have been working at Channel M, TV channel for Manchester working on the news team. Today I am working for Stockport express newspaper. On Monday I went to film a band called the engineers who did a nice acoustic set. On tuesday we filmed the wind in the willows musical play at the Palace theatre. On Wednesday we covered a news story on a 37 year old woman who was out on Canal Street (Manchesters gay village) with a friend and they got a bogus taxi home. After the man was dropped home the taxi driver took the woman home, got into her house (she was drunk) raped her and stole stuff from her house. We went to a police press conference and to Canal Street to film the taxi pick up place. Byron the entertainments guy I have been working with is cool and we are covering Will Smith's visit to Manchester on Tuesday for his new film premiere. Rick the camera man is a really nice guy also and I have enjoyed going out with him. Today at the newspaper I have wrote two stories, one about a couple who have been married 60 years and another on BT donating money to a netball team. I am looking forward to going out tonight and getting drunk. I am going to Underworld EBM industrial night at rockworld with a group of friends whose house I am going round to later.
Yeseterday I was at Whitworth art gallery, I have to write a feature on it for feature writing. It was a little boring but I have an idea what to write and got an interview which is better than most who went there. I had a laugh with Toni,Nikki and my friends
Duncan rang me at 11 last night, him and Gemma were drunk and we had an amusing call. I spoke to John and Duncan's credit ran out, bless him - I bet he was very pissed.
My family have gone away for half term so I am all alone but i'm uber busy so am constantly out. I went shopping so have loads of food. on Saturday I am going to have a well deserved lie in, need to go Blockbuster to return a dvd (Cube zero -better than cube 2 but not as good as the classic sci fi 1st film) then i'm at the gay youth centre all afternoon before meeting some friends for a drink.
Sunday I am in work and am going to visit my Grandma in the evening. I'm working at Channel M and Stockport express all next week. I hope to go out for dinner with my friend Hannah one evening.
The new VNV Nation songs sound good. I am loking forward to the new Psyclon nine album and the new order single is catchy and am gonna get their new record.
I have the queer youth alliance residential next weekend which will be fun. me and Tony are going to Edinburgh end of April for the weekend - yay
